   This quest follows the Serpentine Ring quest.

   You will need sticks and parchments from previous quest.

   If you don’t have them – press stone on wall again (same as you

   did it to finish Seprentine Ring) and compartment will reappear.

   Run around the castle and gather all the stones you find.

   There are 2 kinds of stones:

   Heavy stone: weight 25kg volume 8 ltr

   Small stone: wright 5kg  volume 1 ltr

   You will have to place stones on 4 patterns specified in parchment. For

   instance: his head – you will have to  , or beneath his left foot – . You will have to place 10 ltr of volume on each of

   4 locations, that means 1 heavy and 2 small stones.

   disappear. The best way to kill the beast is trying to block exits from

   room somehow. If that is not possible then stay near the dead end and

   when beast comes and runs away into a dead end go there and attack it.

   When you finish off the beast get an eye and return back to dragon and

For those of a slightly more evil nature, the previous applies.

When going through the inn, the player might notice a bitter dwarf.  This

dwarf holds a grudge against the mayor and doesn’t look too upstanding πŸ™‚

If you ask him (or buy him a beer) he will explain about this. Giving him

the freshly cooked pie, he will poison it and give it back to the player.

If the player then gives this pie to the mayor, the mayor will die within

15 seconds.  There is a safeguard here –  the pie doesn’t have the poison

itself.  The only place the poison is cloned is by the mayor when he gets

the poisoned pie.

(Can’t have mortals running around with insta-death poison!)

If you follow the dwarf’s instructions he will have asked for a roster of

who is serving where in the Shire.  Once the  mayor has  rewarded you and

passed on, you can search his desk. The aware player will then discover a

piece of paper. If he has good language he will be able to read it. Then,

upon giving this roster to the dark dwarf (/d/Shire/michel/npc/dark_dwarf)

he will become a bit more evil.

    Shapes have triangle form, figures are in the shape of a hand.

    There are many Telberin emblems on North Shore (circle of 8 points

    and a picture inside it), but only 2 of them are with pushable ovals

    and have same hand-shaped figures beneath them. Triangles in this

    room give you an idea what ovals to push on emblem – you have to

    push 3 ovals that correspond to triangle’s angles and then push

    center oval on emblem.

    1st emblem is located in the room with apprentice corpse.

    2nd emblem is located in the room where you did touch door, incant.

    To understand what triangle to use with particular emblem you have

    to examine figure beneath emblem – i.e. you must use triangle which

    was above figure with fingers up hand for emblem that is above

    the SAME figure (hand with fingers up).

    You will receive fragment and XP after each emblem if you pushed

    properly.
